As I listen I start singing along and I repeat the chorus as it just fits the mood so damn well, ‘I’m on the highway to hell.’ I continue to drive as I start to feel a little wiped and see a sign that says right Myrtle Beach and I decide that I’d go see my new sisters as we had promised to see them on our way back. I keep popping the tops and chugging the bottles not caring as I speed. One good thing about Jack is he knew cars/trucks so well. He helped me soup up this little ranger and it was a street sleeper.
I look down at my speedometer and see I’m doing about 90 and I let my foot off the gas. As I get back to doing seventy I see a state trooper heading in the opposite direction. Fuck, fuck, fuck…here I am being twenty-one and having several open bottles that I chugged to get here. I could just imagine the bail bond to get out and no way to call for help. To my disappointment he spun around and got behind me. I kept doing the speed limit and after about 10 mins he pulled off the road into a little diner. After about six hours I see the sign welcoming me to Myrtle Beach and I sighed,’Diamond,Hannah I’m here.’ as I drove to the address that they had texted us. About 10 mins later I pull up to their house and knock on the door. Its a little after one in the morning but I keep pounding on the door not realizing how drunk I am. It takes Hannah about 3 minutes to open the door and see me.
“Heath what are you doing here? Where is everyone else?” Hannah asks with concern in her voice
I look at her and answering how I felt.
That fucking bitch was cheating on me and I left her slut ass in Daytona beach along with Abs,Jacman and her aunt. And Di and you said we should visit so here i am.””I start to sway and she catches me.”
“Ok stud lets get you inside.” Hannah helps me to the couch as she yells for Diamond to come help
I see my new sister and move to hug her.
“’Hey big sis I missed you so much.” I slurred as I fell into her arms
Diamond catches me and looks into my eyes.
“Heath what’s wrong baby brother and your drunk as hell.” I look up into her eyes after she asks
“ That bitch Jasmine was cheating on me.” My eyes start to fall as I get tired and fall asleep

Jasmine Pov: Right after Heath catches her kissing Dan
Oh my god Dan just kissed me.I’m shocked and it takes me a second to realize what is happening as I shove him off
“ You ass I’m taken.” Just as I say this I see heath and he is looking at me with a white face that shows shock and betrayal
Before I can say anything he turns and runs away. Hilary walks up to Dan and slaps him.
“ You asshole she’s taken.” Hilary tells him hearing me cry
I start to cry and Hilary moves to comfort me.
“ It’s ok Jazzy he’s just a little drunk.” Hilary tells me as I shake my head no and finally am able to get it out of my throat
“Heath saw it.” Hilary looks at Dan and then me
“Oh shit girlie we need to find him and let him know.” I pull out my phone and dial Abs because Jack never answers his phone when he was at the club
It rings for about a minute when he answerrs.
“What’s up sis? We’re still at the club.” He tells me as I hear the music in the background
“Abs please get back to the room.It’s Heath..” Before I can finish I hear him yell for my aunt and Jack before he cuts me off
“What’s wrong jazzy…what happened to Heath?” I start to cry as I tell him
“Dan got drunk and kissed me. Heath walked up and then left.” I hear Abs tell me they’d see me back at the room.
Hilary, Dan and I head back to the room getting back within minutes of each other. I don’t see Heath’s truck and I hope he just went on a little drive to cool off but I know deep down that isn’t the case. I open the door and see the drawers opened on the dresser and only my clothes there. I look by the bed and all of Heath’s stuff is gone. Its about the time I hear Abs crying as I hear my aunt ask him what’s wrong. I walk to him to see him holding the bottle with Heath’s heart medication. That is the straw that breaks the dam I was trying to maintain…he left without his meds…if something happened to him it would just kill me and I knew that it would be my fault. I hear Jack yell from the other room as Abs shouts what’s up bro?
“Heath killed a couple bottles…we need to find him now.” Jack says rushing back in the living area
We look for about 2 hours but no sign of him. That night my aunt comes into the bed I had just shared with Heath hours ago and cuddles up wit me.
“It’ll be alright sweetheart. You’ll see he’ll come back and everything will be fine.” I start to cry as I ask her
What if he decides he doesn’t want me anymore. It would kill me Aunt Faye. I love him so much.” I start crying and curl up in my aunt’s arms”
She has always had a soothing effect when i’ve been sad. I wake up in the morning and walk out to see Abs, Jack and my aunt having coffee and I see the sadness on their faces. I know that My Heath hasn’t returned and I start to cry again. About that time my phone goes off…I answer it and start talking without seeing who called.
“ Heath baby is that you?” I ask with a hopeful tone
No Baby Doll it isn’t aswers a voice I’m both glad and saddened to hear
“Diamond,Heath left me and I don’t know where he is.” I say hearing her chuckle
“I know where he is.” She tells me getting my attention as I cry
“Where is my man at Di…please tell me because I’ve been so worried.” She sighs and then answers me
“ He’s up here. He came here drunk as a skunk and passed out. He killed like 8 bottles between where ever you are and here.” I smile hearing her words
“ Be there soon. I look at my family before continuing hanging up “I know where Heath is. Let’s load up everyone.””

Adam Pov: That night and the next day
I look around my brother’s room and I see all his stuff gone. I look closer and I see something that scares me..its his heart medication. He needs these and left them. I start to cry..did he give up again?Is he thinking something dark and disturbing again. Good I wish I knew where he was and could help him. About that time mom hearing me cry asks me something I don’t want to answer.
“What’s wrong son?” I turn as Jazzy gets to me and I show them the bottle
Jazz starts to cry knowing what was left. We go out looking for him to no avail. I fall asleep that night but I don’t sleep that well. I’m a kid again and I see a little boy that looks like my brother, but the same age of me. He is crying and I run to him but he disappears right infront of me. I cry and scream to the sky,’WHY HEATH?WHY WOULD YOU LEAVE ME MY BROTHER?’ I wake myself up and look at the clock and go to the kitchen and start making a pot of coffee. I cry quietly to myself wondering if my brother was alright as I missed him so much.
About an hour later Faye and Jack get up and we have a cup of coffeee together and discuss what we are going to do. Jazzy comes out 20 minutes later and sees my brother, the love of her life is still not back. She starts to cry as her phone goes off. She runs to it so quickly I swear the girl is part roadrunner,’Heath baby is that you?’ I see the answer she gets it isn’t my brother.
About that time I hear her say Diamond and am saddened because Heath was so close to her and I know her heart will be broken..,’Where is my man at Di…please tell me because I’ve been so worried.’ I hear this and my heart steels itself…Heath reached out..please God let him be ok I pray. Jazzy tells her we’ll be there soon and hangs up,’I know where Heath is. Let’s load up everyone.’ As she tells us this we run to our rooms and grab our stuff. We load everything up and jump into my car and jack’s we hit the highway as Jazzy tells us our destination is Myrtle Beach. Jack and I trade lead position as we race to our destination and our brother.

Diamond’s POV:
It’s around 2 p.m. that Hannah gets up to answer the knock at the door. I am on the couch waiting so I can get answers from someone I love as a sister and as a lover. I have spent most of the day with Heath holding him as he cries in his sleep. I stripped him of his clothes while he was alseep. I didn’t do anything to him…yet, but I was going to get answers. I watch as Jasmine enters coming over to me with worry on her beautiful face.
“ Where is he Diamond? I want to see him please.” She asks in a curious voice
“ In my bed asleep, and your not going to see him not yet.” I answer seeing her brown eyes shoot wide
“ Why..why not he is my boyfriend?” She tells me as I stand up quickly
“ Jasmine, if he is your boyfriend then why is it he claims you cheated on him?” I ask as my words hit hard
“ I..I didn’t cheat. Dan was a little drunk and kissed me. I didn’t kiss him so can I see my baby?” She answers as I shake my head
“ No Jasmine you can’t as I said he is sleeping. He needs his rest so his heart doesn’t stop.” I say getting her attention
“ Was he shaking sis when he got here?” Adam asks me taking a seat on the couch
“ No bro, but his heart was racing.” I answer as they all look at Jasmine
“ I am sorry ok, but I have not cheated on him. I would never cheat on the man I love.” Jasmine states as I still am a bit put off
“ You say your sorry, but what do you intend to do about making up for his pain.” Hannah says as Jasmine turns to see Hannah holding Faye in her lap
