I looked into Jenna’s eyes and saw a newfound respect that hadn’t been there previously.
“You know Mel, there’s a really hot party in the Valley that we’re going to go to on Saturday night. Maybe you’d like to go with us?” Jenna said.

Epilogue
I saw Anthony for about a year before the circumstances of life separated our paths. While I was with him, my older brothers never found out that we were sexually involved. Even today, only one of my brothers, Jim, knows that I was with Anthony and that was only because I chose to tell him a few years ago.
Although we were never officially ‘together,’ Anthony turned out to be one of the best men and sexual partners I’ve known. I’ll always be eternally grateful to him for providing me with a safe harbor where I could explore, and bloom sexually, as a woman.
