Literotic asexstories – Simon Pendleton Ch. 05 by zef4600,zef4600
Author’s note — Sorry about the delay. My family’s computer went down for a while causing them to use my own computer. Thus I could not use it while I was at work, which is when I do most of my writing. Having said that, enjoy. The Case of the Pesky Cherry is solved in this installment. Vote high and vote often. Thank you for your consideration.
This is chapter 5 of a multi-chapter story. I recommend starting from the beginning if you have not already.
*****
Dec. ’08
Awareness crept slowly over Simon. It started as a muffled beeping sound that steadily grew louder and clearer. Feeling returned to his body, starting at his head and radiating downwards. A dull throbbing drew his attention to his left shoulder. ‘I wonder what that’s about?’ he thought.
His sensations expanded, prickling as if awakening from numbness. There was something in his hand. Both hands, he realized. He squeezed them lightly, trying to discover what they were. They were spongy and soft yet firm. His brain finally figured out they were hands. Someone, most likely two different someones, was holding his hands. ‘Why would anyone be holding my hands while I’m in bed?’ he thought. His brain had no answer, so filed it away for later consideration.
Simon partially opened his eyes. Darkness enveloped the room but for a dim, fluorescent light above his head. He fully opened his eyes only to find himself in a hospital room. Movement on his right side caught his attention. A head of reddish brown hair stirred next to him. It turned and Simon looked into the rapidly widening eyes of his sister, Cindy.
“Hey Cin,” he whispered hoarsely, “What’s going on?” Cindy stared at him, her mouth opening and closing like a fish. He was unprepared for what happened next.
“SIMON!!” Cindy practically jumped onto the bed to hug her brother. His left shoulder burned in protest. The body on his left side jerked awake when Cindy shrieked. Suddenly he was being crushed by his mother as well. They were both babbling, too rapid for Simon to understand it all.
“Whoa, whoa!” he grunted. “Mellow out already. I still need to breathe,” he gasped. They both climbed off of him, embarrassed by their exuberance. Neither released the hand they held. They both started speaking at the same time then stopped, tears straining their smiling faces.
“Sorry, honey,” Mary said, “We’re both just glad to see you awake.”
“What happened? Why am I in a hospital?” Mary and Cindy glanced at each other before Mary spoke again.
“We were afraid of that. The doctor said there might be some memory loss due to the high fever.”
“Will you just tell me?”
“What’s the last thing you remember?” Cindy asked.
“I was at Sasha’s talking about . . .” His brow furrowed in concentration, remembering the conversation. He decided they didn’t need to know the contents of or reason for the conversation, “. . . school stuff. Then Jodi was missing. I was driving . . .” Simon thought harder but could not recall anything more. “That’s it. Why? Was I in some kind of accident? Is Sasha okay?”
“Sasha’s fine but this is what we were told by the police.” Mary sat on the bed, cradling his left hand in her lap. “You threw yourself into a fight with four guys. Apparently, they tried to assault Jodi. One of them had a knife and stabbed you in the shoulder.” Mary pointed at his left shoulder.
“That explains the bandage,” Simon grimaced as his shoulder shifted, “and the pain, but why can’t I remember any of it?”
“Mom, I’m gonna go get the nurse since he’s awake.” Cindy interrupted. She leaned in and kissed her brother on the cheek, giving his hand a final squeeze.
“Okay, Cindy.” Mary hugged her daughter before she left. She turned back to Simon, “Your sister was terrified when she heard about what happened. Almost as much as I was.”
“Quit stalling.” Mary sighed, knowing he was right.
“After the fight, the paramedics said you passed out, probably from the exertion combined with blood loss. They brought you here to check your shoulder. Everything seemed fine at first, but you got a secondary infection in the wound.” Mary’s eyes started to tear up again. “Your temperature spiked up to 105 degrees. It stayed that high for a few hours before slowly falling. It rose and fell several times before it broke last night.”
Simon would have fallen over if he hadn’t already been lying down. Bits and pieces of that night came back to him, but not enough to fill it all in.
“How’s Jodi doing?”
“Jodi had some bruised ribs, a bloody nose, a black eye and a concussion. The police believe you saved her from gaining anything worse.” Simon sighed in relief, visibly relaxing.
Cindy reappeared with a nurse. She checked a few of his vitals and approved. “You’re looking much better now, Mr. Pendleton.” Turning to Mary, she said, “I’ll make sure the doctor stops by first thing when he arrives. In my opinion, he’ll probably discharge him within a few days.”
“Thank you for everything.” Mary hugged the nurse before she left.
“Hey, ma?” Mary sat on the bed next to her son. Cindy sat on his right side. “How long have I been in here?”
Mary hesitated for a moment before replying. “Nine days. You were heavily sedated for the first 24 hours while you healed after surgery. Then the infection set in.”
“Damn.” He hadn’t realized the full extent of the situation. A thought struck him suddenly that chilled his spine. “Who else knows about all this?”
Again Mary paused. She didn’t want to tell him but he needed to know before he was overcome by the media. “It was a very public situation, honey. Every local news outlet in the area has run at least some of the story. We’ve had to change phone numbers twice just to get it to stop ringing.” Mary sighed, “You’re being praised as a hero.”
“Seriously? Son of a bitch!” Simon brought his hands up to cover his face. This was the last thing he wanted to happen. He felt like crying but controlled himself. Several deep breaths later, he felt better.
“So what now?” he asked.
“Now that we know you are ok, I think it’s about time Cindy and I went home.” Mary said.
“But Mom!” Cindy whined, her hand tightening around Simon’s, crushing it to her chest. Simon became uncomfortably aware of its location.
“Come on, Cindy. Simon is going to need some time to digest all of this. Besides,” Mary made a sniffing sound and screwed up her face, “I’m sure we’re both a little ripe. We could both use a shower and a good night’s rest.”
“I don’t want to go.” Cindy seemed to be on the verge of tears. The last week and a half had frayed her nerves with worry over her brother. She had nearly lost it when she thought he might die. Simon squeezed her hand, smiling at her.
“Go on home for a bit, Cin. I’m not going anywhere.” She hesitated for a moment then nodded. She leaned over and gave him a kiss on the cheek and another yelp inducing hug.
Mary bent down and kissed her son on the forehead. “I’m very proud of you, son, but if you ever scare me like that again, I’ll kill you myself.” Her smile said she was joking but her eyes told him otherwise.
“Oh, by the way,” Mary turned after getting her coat on, “I’ll call Freddie. He’s been keeping your friends informed on your status. I hope you’ll be up for visitors tomorrow.” Mary waved one last time and left.
Simon lay back on his pillow, gazing at the ceiling. His brain seemed unable to process anything. Everything was a jumble in his head. He barely noticed when he fell asleep.
*****
“Good morning.” Simon recognized the nurse from the previous night as rubbed the sleep from his eyes. “Feel like eating?” She chuckled when his growling stomach answered before he could. She checked a few of the monitors then said, “I’ll have someone bring in some food for you.”
Several minutes later, Simon felt like he had eaten a full buffet even though he left nearly half the food on the tray. The nurse popped back in to announce that he had visitors. Freddie, Derek, Sam, and Leslie surrounded his bed.
“It’s about time you got up, lazy ass.” Freddie clasped hands with Simon, relief clear on his face. “Here we are, trying to prepare for finals, and Simon’s lounging around, being waited on hand and foot.”
“Life sucks all over, Freddie,” interjected Leslie, who gave Simon a brief hug. “How’re you doing?”
“Recuperating. I’m hoping to see the doctor later today. He’ll let me know if and when I get to go home.”
“So is it true?” Derek blurted out.
“Dude, not cool.” Sam shook his head.
“Is what true?” Simon inquired.
“Any of it. All of it. I mean, you’re a hero, man.” Derek leaned forward eagerly. Simon winced when he said ‘hero’.
“You mean did I get in a fight? Yes.” Simon sighed, “There was nothing heroic about it though. I really don’t remember most of it.” Simon adjusted his gown to briefly display the gauze covered wound on his shoulder. “My mom said the doc said my high fever might affect my short term memory. I don’t remember much after leaving Sasha’s house.” Freddie cocked a surprised eyebrow at this.
“And what, may I ask, were you doing at Sasha’s house?” Freddie’s grin widened considerably.
“Nothing even remotely close to what is going through your head right now.” Simon returned the grin.
“That would require something to be there in the first place,” Derek said. Everyone laughed. It wasn’t often he got one in on Freddie. They bullshitted for a while longer before a knock came at the door. Everyone turned to see an exhausted Sasha standing in the doorway.
“Since you’ve got better looking company waiting, we’ll see ourselves out.” Freddie held up his hands, “No, no, don’t get up. We can find our own way.” Simon flipped him off but smiled. They left after a few shaken hands and a hug. Sasha remained in the doorway until they left.
“Hey Sasha.” Simon said. She stayed by the door. Her hair was mated and messy. It looked like she had not slept well these past few days. Her face was flushed and red, as if she had been crying recently. “Sasha?” he asked again, concern evident in his voice.
Suddenly, she burst into tears and ran to him. She wrapped her arms around him tightly and cried into his chest. He hugged her, whispering soothing words to her and rubbing her back.
“It’s all my fault!” she blubbered.
“What!? No, it’s not!” Simon stated.
“Yes it is. If I hadn’t brought Jodi over to my place, you wouldn’t have found us there.” She tried to bury her head deeper into his chest. “She wouldn’t have run and been attacked. You wouldn’t have gotten hurt and nearly died.” She cried even harder.
“Hey, it’s okay.” He continued rubbing her back, trying to calm her again. “I don’t blame you for any of this and you shouldn’t either.” He lifted her head, looking into her eyes. The guilt and remorse he saw nearly broke his heart. Impulsively, he kissed her forehead.
“Everyone had a choice to make: Jodi could have stayed. I could have waited for her instead of walking in on you two. Although, I must say I don’t regret that choice at all.” He grinned and saw the corners of her lips twitch towards a smile. “The only ones who shoulder any of the blame are the guys who did this.”
Sasha finally calmed after a few more minutes. She felt so safe in Simon’s arms. She wanted to stay in them forever. She lifted her head and laughed. Simon looked down at the mess she made on his blanket and laughed as well.
“Thank you, Simon.” She looked him in the eye and kissed him, brushing his lips with her tongue. “You make it really hard for a girl not to fall for you.” Simon flushed in embarrassment. “Speaking of girls who have fallen for you,” Sasha climbed off of Simon, noting the now tenting sheets, “Jodi was planning on stopping by later today, if you’re up for it. She really misses you.”
“I miss her too,” his heart accelerated with the thought. “I’d love to see her.”
“Good. I’ll let her know later.” She bent over, giving Simon a wonderful view of her cleavage. “I must look a total mess.” she said, kissing his cheek. “I’m gonna shower and change before bringing Jodi here. We’ll see you later.”
“Behave this time,” he said with a grin. She rolled her eyes and walked out. Simon felt drained suddenly. He fell asleep before he comprehended he was tired.
*****
Simon had been in the middle of a wonderful dream. He knew both Sasha and Jodi were there, but most of the other details were lost, save one. The warm, wet sensation of having his dick sucked lingered. At first, Simon simply relaxed into it, enjoying it. It was when he realized he was awake that his enjoyment became concern.
His blankets were bunched down by his knees. Black hair cascaded around his abdomen, obscuring the face of the girl giving him such excellent head. He had no idea how long she had been here but he was too close to stop it. He moaned as his balls tightened, his hands reaching out to entwine his fingers in her hair. The hair did not obscure the fact that this person was wearing a very sexy cheerleading outfit.
“Oh shit!” It was all the warning he could give before he erupted into her mouth. She greedily swallowed his load. She sucked and licked it clean, making certain that she got every last bit of cum. Simon was only slightly upset when the head lifted, revealing the face beneath.
“Roxanne,” he said flatly.
“Afternoon, hero.” She wiped her chin and licked her hand, slurping up the last remaining drops of his stuff. “Mmmm, thank you for lunch.”
“What are you doing here?” Simon readjusted his clothing, pulling up and shoving the sheets underneath him.
“What? Can’t I visit my boyfriend in the hospital after he risked his life to save another girl?” Roxanne smiled sweetly, blinking her eyes innocently.
“Sure, except I’m not your boyfriend.”
“A mere technicality.” She waved her hand dismissively. “Besides, the nurses don’t know that.” She giggled, climbing onto his bed. She straddled his hips, lifting the front of her short skirt to reveal her uncovered shaven pussy. She sat down, slowly rotating her hips on his crotch.
“You told them you were my girlfriend?” He grabbed her hips but had no real strength to lift her off. Roxanne grabbed his wrists, keeping his hands locked on her hips.
“Not in so many words, but I think they made up what I left out.” She tilted her head back, exposing her neck and thrusting out her breasts. It was as if she knew exactly what to do to excite him. Though he just came, his cock rapidly regenerated. She moaned as it came into contact with her damp pussy lips through the sheets.
“Roxanne, please stop this.” Simon half moaned, half whined.
“Why? You enjoy this just as much as I do.” She leaned forward, her clit rubbing wonderfully on his covered cock. She licked his lips, moaning quietly. “And I do so enjoy this-s-s-s.”
Simon silently admitted to himself that he enjoyed it as well. Roxanne seemed to be in constant need of release. If she had gotten to him before Jodi, who knows what would have happened.
Roxanne started pawing at his sheets, trying to pull them off of him. “Please . . . I can’t take it anymore! I need you . . . want you inside me!” Her voice was filled with a breathy desperation. Simon braced his arms on his sheets, despite the stab of pain from his shoulder. She growled in frustration, rubbing her engorged clit on the rough hospital fabric.
Her grinding quickly increased in pace. She pulled his head up to hers, mashing their lips together. She thrust her tongue into his mouth, shuddering as her orgasm overtook her. Simon simply held on until she collapsed onto him, exhausted but smiling.
“God I needed that,” she sighed, “but I still need more.” She propped herself up on her elbows, their faces mere inches apart. “You know, I haven’t gotten myself off since I heard you were in here. I was saving it for you, for when you woke up.”
She hoped he couldn’t tell that she had been just as worried as everyone else. Her developing feelings were so foreign to her that she had no idea what to do. She threw herself at him, hoping to satisfy or rid herself of them, but was constantly turned away.
One of Simon’s hands had drifted from her hip and roughly grabbed her ass. She sucked in her lower lip as he fondled her. His fingers brushed lightly against her outer lips. She rocked backwards, hoping to capture the invading digits within her. After teasing her for several seconds, he removed his hands from her body completely. Roxanne whimpered longingly.
“I think it’s time you left,” he said. His tone offered no argument. Like a scolded child, Roxanne climbed down off of him. She opened her mouth, as if to say something, but Simon turned away from her. She ran from the room before he could see her tears.
*****
Jodi paced nervously outside Simon’s room. She wanted to see him, to run into and be embraced by her savior’s arms. But if she went in there and he rejected her for some reason, it would devastate her.
All her fears, all her anxieties were based on a simple fear of rejection. She hadn’t had sex with any guys because she was afraid they would leave her afterwards. Now this guy, this wonderfully amazing guy who probably saved her life, whirls in from another state and flips her head over heels in a matter of months. It more than a little freaked her out.
Sasha watched her best friend pace back and forth, casting furtive glances at his door. She never understood this part of Jodi. They had talked after she had gotten out of the hospital. Sasha had told Jodi what she and Simon had discussed in the kitchen before she took off. It relieved some of Jodi’s worries, while cropping up more.
Sasha couldn’t take it anymore. She grabbed Jodi by the shoulders. “What is your problem? Go in there already.”
“I — I don’t know if I can,” Jodi stuttered. “I think . . . I think I . . .” She couldn’t finish it. She couldn’t say the words.
“All the more reason for you to get in there.” Sasha opened the door and pushed Jodi into the room.
*****
Simon tried to listen to the muted voices in the hall. It was simply something else to do rather than watch TV. Boredom had set in quickly after Roxanne left the room. He was hoping the doctor would arrive soon so he could go home.
The door to his room opened. Jodi, being shoved from behind, tromped partially into the room and stopped. Simon instantly sat up. Jodi’s hair was neatly brushed but it covered part of her face. Simon remembered that she had been punched in the face. The bruises on her face were mostly clear, only a sickly yellow color remained around her obscured eye.
“Hi,” she said.
Simon’s heart leapt into his throat. It felt like it had been years since he had last seen her. She radiated beauty, despite her apparent discomfort. All he wanted to do was hold her. ‘I wasn’t explicitly told not to walk,’ he thought.
Simon threw his covers off and swung his legs over the side. He felt a slight twinge in his left arm when he used it to push himself up. His feet touched the cold linoleum floor. Grabbing his I.V. stand, he walked to Jodi. She stood rooted to the spot. He stopped in front of her. His hand brushed her hair out of her face, brushing her cheek.
“Hi,” he said.
That was all it took. That one word and she melted into his arms. His arms crushed her to him as she sobbed. He kissed her hair until she tilted her head up. She noticed his own tears falling down his cheeks.
Passion, uncontrolled, flared within both of them. Their tears mingled as they viciously kissed each other, the saltiness mixing with saliva. Simon’s hands roamed down to her butt. He squeezed and lifted, despite his protesting shoulder. Jodi bounced up, wrapping her legs around his waist. She swore right then, she would never let him go.
Simon stumbled backwards. He stepped back until he was back by the bed and sat, never once breaking his connection with Jodi. Finally, the needs of the body outweighed the wants of the heart. Simon broke off to inhale deeply, as did Jodi. They looked into each other’s eyes.
“I love you,” she said, nearly whispering. Fear tried to creep back over her but she crushed it mercilessly. Simon’s huge smile only aided her.
“I love you too,” he said. Simon hadn’t realized it until that very moment. He was in love with Jodi. The happiness he saw in her glittering eyes only intensified the feeling. They hugged each other tightly. She kissed him one more time before leaning back to look at his face.
“I’m ready,” she said. She knew he would know what she meant. “Whenever you get out of here, I’m ready.” He grinned, pulling her with him as he fell back onto the bed.
“Why do we have to wait until I get out of here?” Immediately, his fingers went to her sides, tickling her mercilessly. She shrieked and laughed, slapping his hands away. Simon stopped instantly as she curled in pain.
“Sorry,” she said, “my ribs aren’t completely healed yet.”
“I’m sorry. I wasn’t thinking,” he said. He slowly massaged her sides and she relaxed.
“You don’t need to apologize. A little pain is a small price to pay.” She laid her head on his chest, snuggling as close as she could, Simon’s arms wrapped protectively around her.
“Ahem,” a voice came from the door. Jodi turned, seeing Sasha standing by the door, her arms crossed and foot tapping. “While I am definitely enjoying the view, you might want to get under the covers. The doctor is coming, along with Simon’s mom and sister.”
Simon realized what she meant as he felt a cool breeze waft up his gown. He forgot he wasn’t wearing any underwear, giving Sasha a clear view of his cock. When Jodi got off of him, he noticed Sasha was trying, poorly, to hide a grin.
Oh well, he decided. If he was lucky, she might get a much closer look at it some other time. Simon climbed back into bed as Jodi took a chair by his right side. Sasha was standing next to Jodi when Mary walked in followed by Cindy and the doctor.
“Oh hello Jodi, Sasha.” Mary walked around the bed and gave Jodi a hug. Cindy stayed on Simon’s left, away from Jodi, upset by her presence. A middle aged man walked up and offered his hand to Simon.
“Hello, I’m Dr. Anders. It’s good to finally meet you Simon.” They shook hands. “So how are you feeling?”
“Pretty good considering everything. My left shoulder is a little sore and I don’t remember much since before the fight.” Simon held Jodi’s hand in his.
“Speaking of, let’s check that wound.” Dr. Anders pulled Simon’s gown down his chest. His left shoulder was bandaged and covered in gauze. The doctor carefully unwrapped the binding. The gauze, partially dried to the wound, stung as he removed it. Simon got his first look at his injury.
Everyone leaned over, gazing at the reddened line. Stitches criss-crossed the puckered wound. The doctor raised, lowered, and rotated Simon’s left arm. “How’s that feel?” he asked.
“It hurts a little, but feels better the more you do it.” The doctor put down Simon’s arm, added some new gauze, and rewrapped the shoulder.
“Other than some minor inflammation, it looks good. You will probably have full use of the muscle within four to six weeks, sooner if you work it. By the look of you, I’m sure it will get plenty of work.” He made a few notes on Simon’s chart. “I’ll be back to check on it tomorrow. If the inflammation has not gotten any worse, I think you’ll be able to go home.”
The expectant tension in the room visibly decreased. Shoulders slumped and smiles brightened at the good news. Jodi squeezed Simon’s hand. He squeezed it back, smiling.
“Is this the young lady that was the reason for this injury?” he asked. Jodi looked away, still guilty over the pain she caused Simon.
“In a sense, yes.” Simon looked at Jodi. His hand reached out to her chin, turning her so he could look in her eyes. “And I’d gladly take a thousand more in her defense.” Not turning away, he found her hand again and kissed it.
“Hopefully it won’t come to that.” He chuckled, “I don’t know if we could fix you up afterwards. By the way, the police need to get a statement from you about the fight. If you’re up to it, I’ll call and let them know you’re ready, okay?” Simon nodded. The doctor left.
“Well,” Mary said, “it’s good to know you’ll be coming home soon.” She wondered about Simon’s statement and actions concerning Jodi. Could he be in love? She was both elated and fearful of that prospect. A small pain stabbed her heart. She suddenly realized she was jealous. Not just of Simon’s new found love but that Jodi could have what she couldn’t.
Cindy’s feelings were following a similar yet darker line. This whole incident had crystallized things for her. She had tried to resist but couldn’t anymore. She knew, unquestioningly, that she loved her brother. Not only as a sister, but as a woman loves a man. She wanted him to be her first. Jealousy surged through her veins when Simon kissed Jodi’s hand.
Sasha’s conflicting emotions were barely being held in check. She hadn’t realized how strong her feelings for Simon had become until earlier today. Combined with her real feelings for Jodi, Sasha was lost within herself. ‘How great would it be to have them both,’ she thought, yet knowing it could never happen.
After several minutes, a car pulled out of the visitor’s parking lot of the hospital. Roxanne was still fuming over being denied again. Vague wisps of a plan began forming in her mind. She smiled, knowing that by the end of the school year, she would finally have him.
Blissfully unaware of the complications in his life, Simon smiled.
*****
Simon left the hospital the next day. His conversation with the police had been brief and routine. He wasn’t to leave the area without notification. He was going to have to testify against the four men who assaulted Jodi. Simon avoided what media attention he could, but a welcome home party was waiting for him.
Though it was cold outside, many students and faculty from school were waiting outside. They had attached a large “Welcome Home” banner to the front of the house. He was cheered by those attending as he exited the car. Embarrassed, Simon hurried for the relative safety of his house. Inside, Jodi was waiting along with her parents.
Simon was nearly tackled by Jodi’s mother, Pamela, almost as soon as he walked through the door. She hugged him tightly, blubbering her gratitude incoherently. He patted her on the back a few times before Jodi’s father, Greg, pulled her back.
“I think what my wife is trying to say is that we cannot thank you enough for what you have done for our only child.” Greg stifled some of his own tears as he shook Simon’s hand. “It’s a rare person who would defend someone else without regard for their own safety. Words are a poor way to express my gratitude, but they are all I have. Thank you, Simon.”
After her parents moved away, Jodi walked forward and embraced him. She whispered into his ear, “Don’t worry. I’ve got a special gift for you to show my appreciation.” She pulled back and smiled seductively. The look on Simon’s face was not the one she expected.
“Excuse me,” he said, pulling abruptly away from her, “I need to put my things in my room.” Simon disappeared down the stairs, leaving a momentarily stunned Jodi standing behind him. Not wanting the moment to be ruined, she followed.
“What was that about?” she asked. Simon stood by his dresser with an open bag. He pulled out some of the clothes he got back from the fight. The police had kept the shirt as evidence, but he was allowed to take the rest.
“Nothing,” he replied.
“What do you mean nothing?” she asked, stepping towards him.
“I mean exactly what I said, nothing.” He snapped back.
“What’s your deal? Did I say something wrong?” Jodi put her hands on his shoulders but he shrugged them off as he walked away. “What!? Please tell me!” Jodi was on the verge of tears.
Simon stopped and sighed, “It’s what you said upstairs.”
“What?”
“I didn’t do this to get some kind of reward and especially not to get laid.” He turned to look at her, “If I never saw you again after that fight, knowing that you were okay would have been reward enough for me.” Simon sat on his bed, “I don’t want you to feel obligated to do anything for me.”
“Is that what you thought? That I felt obligated to fuck you for saving me?” Jodi almost sighed in relief.
“That’s how you made it sound upstairs. I don’t want anything from you. I just-” The rest of his comment was cut off as Jodi tackled him onto the bed. Her mouth covered his as she insistently shoved her tongue down his throat.
They kissed passionately for several minutes, their hands roaming all over each other’s body. Jodi bit and nibbled on Simon’s ear causing him to groan. He squeezed her ass, thrusting up into her crotch. Finally, she pulled back and sat up, lust still etched on her face.
“If anyone else had come to my rescue, they might have gotten a kiss out of it. I love you, Simon Pendleton. I’m not afraid to admit it anymore.” Jodi bent forward and kissed him lightly on the lips. “I want you. I need you to be my first.”
Jodi’s words sounded oddly familiar to him, but he dismissed it immediately. She giggled suddenly.
“God I sound like such a slut!” She rolled off of and laid next to him, snuggling into his armpit. “You are the only one I’ve ever felt about this way. Since the first time I saw you, I somehow knew you were going to be the one.”
“I know how you feel. There’s definitely something more to this than just physical attraction.” Simon lifted her head so he could look at her face. “It’s like if you give in to this feeling, you could lose yourself in the other person. Not just a piece, but all of yourself.” Jodi nodded emphatically.
“Exactly!” She kissed him again, maintaining the contact longer this time. “But I’m not scared anymore. Well, I am, but not enough to hold back any longer. If I am to be consumed, I want it to be by you.” They were quiet for a few moments, digesting the feelings and thoughts that had passed between them.
“I guess the next question then is when and where?” Simon asked.
“It has to be before Christmas break. My family is heading to my grandparent’s farm and I don’t want to wait until next year,” she smiled at her little joke.
“Okay. How about that Friday before? We can make it a long, romantic date. You know: dinner, movie, then whatever,” he said.
“Whatever, huh?” Jodi grinned, “And what exactly do you mean by ‘whatever’?”
“It means that no matter whatever happens, you are all I need.”
“Dammit!” she snarled. “If my parents weren’t here, I’d do you now.” Jodi mashed her lips to his, kissing him deeply. It was another several minutes before they heard a knock on the wall at the top of the stairs.
“Jodi,” she heard her father call, “it’s time to go. Let Simon get some rest.”
She sighed, “Speaking of parents.” She climbed off of him and helped him stand. They held hands as they walked back up the stairs.
“Everything okay?” Mary asked.
“Yeah,” Simon answered, “Just a minor misunderstanding. I’ll see you later.” He gave Jodi a quick peck on the cheek before she left. After another hug from her mom and a handshake from her dad, they left.
Simon jumped into the air, shouting. He ran over to his mother, pulled her out of her chair, and twirled her around the room, dancing. His elation was infectious as soon she was laughing along with him. They danced briefly before Simon dipped her low. Mary’s heart shuddered, staring into the eyes of her son before he brought her back up. She was breathing heavily, clinging to Simon. Not all of it was due to the impromptu dance.
“You okay Ma?” he asked.
“Yes,” she gasped. She was enjoying the sensation of his strong arms around her. “You just . . . caught me by surprise, that’s all.” She pushed away, finally, her desire screaming at her. “What’s got you in such a good mood?”
“Just happy to be alive, I guess.” He smiled and grabbed her hand, “Thank you ever so much for the dance, fair maiden.” He kissed her hand and bowed low before her. He literally pranced back down stairs, humming to himself.
Mary berated herself for the thoughts whirling through her mind. ‘He’s my son,’ she thought. Her brain repeated the mantra over and over again until her body quieted. The desire was not gone, she knew, only suppressed. She would have to stay on guard against its resurgence.
*****
Agonizingly, that Friday approached. Finals for the fall semester were over and kids were getting ready to enjoy their winter break. Simon waited near the back doors of the school for Jodi. He did not expect to be this nervous. He jumped when someone touched his shoulder.
“My, my. Jumpy, aren’t we?” Roxanne giggled, “What’s got you so nervous?” She still flirted with him, but not as much as before. To Simon, it seemed as though she had finally given up on him. Their relationship had become much friendlier since Roxanne became much less aggressive. “Is there something I can do to, I mean, for you?” she grinned.
“Ha ha, Roxy, very funny.” Simon chuckled. “I’m just waiting for Jodi. She’s giving me a ride home.”
“Oh, you got big plans tonight?” Simon could not help but look her over. She always dressed to impress, no matter where she was and she was on fire today. Roxanne was probably the only girl in school that would wear a skirt even in winter.
Today’s was a tight little white number that ended just above her knees. She wore white stockings that traveled up over her knees and ended just under the skirt. Topping it all was a puffy white sweater. If she stood still, you might almost think she was a snow-woman come to life.
“Jodi and I are going on a date tonight. We’re going all out since she’ll be heading out of town tomorrow to visit relatives.”
“Sounds nice. She’s a lucky girl.” Roxanne smiled innocently at him. “Oddly enough, I’ll be leaving for a few days too.” She spotted Jodi coming down the hallway. She walked up to Simon and gave him a friendly hug. “Since I won’t be seeing you for a while, have fun. Don’t do anything I would.” Roxanne grinned as she turned and walked off.
“Well there goes my plans!” he yelled back at her.
“What was that about?” Simon whirled around to find Jodi standing there with her arms crossed.
“What? Roxy?” Simon stepped up and encircled Jodi with his arms. “She was just wishing us a good time on our date tonight.”
“And the hug?” Jodi asked, putting her arms around him too.
“She was just saying good bye. She’s also heading out of town for Christmas.” Simon smirked, raising an eyebrow. “Why? You jealous?”
“Should I be?” Jodi asked, only slightly seriously.
“Nope.” He kissed the tip of her nose. “You’re the only girl I see. Roxy’s just a friend.”
“A friend, huh?”
“Yeah, a friend. She’s actually rather nice once you get to know her.”
“Know her? As you know her? Like in a biblical sense?” Jodi smirked.
“Hey now, that’s not fair. She’s behaved herself since I got out of the hospital. I think she finally understands that I already have the best possible girlfriend ever.” He hugged her tighter.
“Then why are we standing here? Aren’t you supposed to be taking me out tonight?”
Simon slapped his forehead, “I knew there was something I was forgetting.”
“Ha ha, funny man,” she said dryly. Simon extended his elbow. Jodi hooked her arm into his and they walked to her car.
*****
“It’s going to scar,” Simon said to no one in particular.
He was checking out his wound before getting dressed. Jodi had dropped him off and expected him in about half an hour. He noticed the puckering wound on his shoulder during his shower. Getting a better look at it afterwards, it was still red but not swollen anymore.
“Hey, Simon? Can you – -?” Cindy’s question caught in her throat as she walked into his bathroom. She stopped dead in her tracks as she saw him wearing nothing but a towel wrapped around his waist. “Sorry!” Cindy whirled around, her back to him now. “I didn’t hear the water so I assumed you would have been dressed by now.”
“No problem,” he said, nonchalantly. “Does this look funny to you?”
“Excuse me?” she choked out.
“My scar. Does it look odd to you?” he asked again.
“I — I — I haven’t really looked at it since you got home,” she stuttered.
“Well come here and look. I need an objective set of eyes.” Cindy turned back around. Her mouth went dry as she gazed upon her brother’s partially nude body. There were several things running through her mind, most illegal since he was her brother, but she stepped up and checked Simon’s wound.
She slowly ran her fingertips around the stitches, not wanting to touch the actual scar. Her eyes absorbed his form, feasting on his sculpted features.
“You okay?” he asked. His voice shocked her out of her revelry. She cleared her throat a few times before speaking.
“Fine. I’m fine . . . uh you look fine. The — the wound I mean. It looks fine.” Cindy stumbled over her words as she explained herself.
“Okay, thanks. You can relax now.” He chuckled, picking up a spray can and a bottle. “What do you think: cologne or body spray?” He held them up in front of her.
“That cologne smells really good on you,” she said almost wistfully. “I mean, wear whatever you want. Why should I care?” She stormed off in a huff. Simon stared after her.
“What’s her problem?” he asked no one in particular.
*****
Simon stood shivering on the porch after ringing the doorbell. The door opened after a few moments to reveal Jodi’s father, Greg. “Simon. Come on in.” He gestured inside. “Jodi’s not quite ready yet.”
“That’s okay,” Simon said, shaking Greg’s hand, “I’m a little early.”
“Let me take your jacket.” Simon handed it over. “I’d like to talk with you for a moment, if you don’t mind.” He walked into the kitchen.
Simon gulped, sensing the tone in Greg’s voice, “Sure.”
“I’ll get right to the point.” He gestured for Simon to sit and took a seat across from him. “I believe I have a reasonable idea of what is going to happen tonight.” Simon’s face turned white causing Greg to chuckle. “I’m not as old fashioned as some people, nor as overprotective, but Jodi is my only daughter and I would do anything for her.”
“I understand, Mr. Holden,” Simon said.
“Please call me Greg. I don’t think you fully understand my meaning, Simon.” He paused for a moment to collect his thoughts. “I see the way my daughter looks at you, the way her whole demeanor changes when you call or are around. If I didn’t think you were too young, I’d say she was in love with you.”
“Greg, I really care for her. I’ve never felt this strongly about anyone before.”
“I know. It’s what I was trying to explain back when you got out of the hospital.” Greg looked toward the stairs leading up to Jodi’s room. “I guess I’m just asking you to take care of her. You’re both eighteen so, legally, there’s nothing I can do to stop you. I just don’t want her to get hurt . . . or pregnant.”
“Those are two of the very last things on earth I want. My dad wasn’t ready to be a father at my age and neither am I. But I’ve learned from his mistakes.” They were both quiet for a while before Greg spoke again.
“Anyways, have fun tonight,” he grinned, “just not too much fun. I trust you, Simon, more than any other boy she’s dated.” The stomping of feet heralded Jodi’s descent from her room.
“Hey sexy, you ready to go?” she asked. She wore black jeans with a tight dark red sweater. Her hair flew around her head wildly, yet still sexy. Her smile lit up the room as she walked to Simon. She kissed his cheek, leaving a light lipstick mark.
“Well, yes I am, honey, but aren’t you going out with Simon tonight?” Greg’s face was split with a grin.
“Funny dad. Really. You should be a stand-up comedian.” Jodi said dryly. She tugged on Simon’s arm, “Let’s go before he gets ideas about actually joining us.” They went towards the door leading to the garage.
“Bring her home in one piece,” he said waving.
*****
The date was a little awkward. Both of them were nervous about the prospect of what would happen later that night. Unfortunately, it meant uncomfortable silences and strained laughter at times. They drove back after the movie to Jodi’s house and walked to Simon’s. In his room, they sat, both wondering what to do next.
“Maybe we’re rushing things,” Simon said. “I don’t think either of us should be this nervous.”
“Yeah,” Jodi agreed, sitting next to him on the bed. “You’d think it would be easier. It’s not like we haven’t been naked around each other.” She leaned into him, laying her head on his shoulder.
Simon sighed, placing his hand on her thigh. He slowly stroked up and down her leg, eliciting a soft purr from Jodi. Touching made it easier for him. His doubts and nerves went away leaving only his feelings for her. He turned to her, just as she turned to him. Their eyes locked briefly before they came together in a kiss.
It started slow with light pecks as the passion built. Soon, they fell back onto Simon’s bed as the kissing became more needful. Their hands roamed, caressing, touching, and feeling each other. One of Simon’s hands curled into Jodi’s hair, pulling her head back slowly, breaking the kiss.
Simon moved down to Jodi’s neck. Licking, sucking and kissing as Jodi moaned her excitement. She rubbed her fingers over his head and back. She growled when he scraped his teeth lightly against her throat.
Jodi rolled Simon onto his back, straddling him. Sitting up, she grabbed the hem of her sweater and pulled it up over her head. She had removed her bra in the bathroom of the movie theater. She thrust her breasts out, running her hands over her nipples. Simon’s hands followed hers. She shuddered as they came into contact.
Jodi fell forward again, kissing him deeply. She felt his raging hard on as he ground it up into her. She wiggled on it in joy.
“We’re gonna have to do something about this first,” she said, reaching down to squeeze his member. “I don’t want you shooting off too quickly.” She pulled Simon’s shirt up, bunching it under his arms. She slithered down his abdomen, dragging her stiff nipples across his chest and licking her way down. It was Simon’s turn to moan. She inhaled his scent, loving the cologne he wore.
Jodi undid his pants, his cock nearly forcing the zipper apart in its urgency to be free. Pre-cum soaked the front of his boxers, a line connected it to the end of his dick as she pulled them down. The angry red member bounced free of its confinement. Jodi grasped it, smearing the head with his lubricant. She glanced one more time at him before engulfing him in one smooth motion.
Simon’s thoughts were in a swirl of confusion. He loved blow jobs and Jodi was getting better each time she went down on him. Unfortunately, every time he closed his eyes, he saw a different head over his pelvis. He watched Jodi’s flaming red hair spread over him but then it turned into the raven black of Roxanne’s. Hers turned into the light brunette of Sasha. He began thrusting more into Jodi’s mouth.
“Oh shit!” he exclaimed as the face below him turned into his sister’s, however briefly, before becoming his mother’s. “FFUUUCK!!” he cried as his orgasm ripped thru him. His hips propelled themselves off the bed causing Jodi to gag as she swallowed his seed. Thankfully, it was Jodi’s face that grinned back at him.
“Damn, it was a good thing we got that one out of the way,” she giggled, wiping the mess off her chin. “You might have split me open otherwise.”
“God damn, that was terrific.” He set aside the question of the false images he saw. “Your turn.” Simon grabbed Jodi and spun around. She ended up beneath him, excited and flushed. He made short work of the jeans and looked questioningly at Jodi. She wasn’t wearing panties. She simply shrugged and grinned.
With a grin of his own, he kissed her second set of lips, shoving his tongue as deep as it would go. There was little foreplay needed as Jodi was already dripping with excitement. He tried to scoop out as much as he could with his tongue. She tasted like the sweetest of waters to a drowning man. He sensed her rapidly reaching orgasm and moved to attend to her clit.
“Oh fuck, yes!” she cried as he sucked her pink pearl in between his lips. Her thighs clamped onto his head as her hands scrambled for holds on his bald head. His tongue brushing teasingly across her enlarged and engorged clit.
She was already nearing her climax as she felt something probing her. She opened her eyes in shock as one of Simon’s fingers came in contact with her asshole. Simon had never done this to her before and as his digit inched slowly into her rectum, she screamed in orgasm. Her sphincter locked onto the intruder and refused to release it as Jodi rode out her climax, bucking against Simon’s face. Simon came up smiling as Jodi released him from her grip.
“That was a first,” she said. “Where did that come from? You’ve been learning new tricks with someone else?” she grinned, her legs splayed open in exhaustion.
“In a sense,” he smiled. His cock was pointing straight out, hovering just above Jodi’s quivering pussy. “I saw you doing something similar to Sasha. She seemed to enjoy it so I thought maybe . . .”
“You thought right,” Jodi said. She grasped Simon’s cock, rubbing it lightly over her mound. “I didn’t know how to bring it up but I really like having my butthole played with.” Simon began moving his cock in between Jodi’s hand and pussy. She had been rubbing it in circles over her clit. Their combined motions caused it to slip from her fingers just as Simon pulled back and Jodi lifted her hips. He pushed forward until the head came in contact with her labia.
They both froze. Simon was mere centimeters from penetrating her most intimate of depths. He began to pull back but she stopped him, grabbing his cock. She crooked a finger, beckoning him down to her. He leaned forward, supporting himself on his hands. He searched her face for any signs of reluctance but found none as she pulled him deeper into herself.
Simon thought he had known heaven until he popped into her box. Though he had just come, he was already close to climaxing. Jodi pulled him deeper until he came up against that thin barrier within her. She then released her hold on him, instead wrapping her legs around his waist and gripping his arms with her hands.
Simon braced himself, looking deeply into her eyes. She nodded slightly and Simon pushed through. Jodi yelped, digging her nails into his arms. Simon stopped, about half of his length within her. A tear formed in her eye and Simon began to pull back. “Don’t you dare,” she whispered, clutching him tighter. “Just give me a minute.”
Simon waited as Jodi relaxed and shifted herself under him. Her movements kept him near his peak. “Ok, keep going, but slowly.”
Simon pushed in a little more then pulled back slightly. Jodi tensed but Simon pushed back in, a little deeper than before. Jodi smiled and nodded so Simon kept at it, pulling back then pushing in a little more each time until he was fully encased within her.
They stayed that way for several minutes, reveling in the warmth and a feeling of perfection neither knew could exist. They kissed. Slowly, by unspoken agreement, Simon pulled back until just the head remained inside. As he pushed back in, Jodi moaned, her eyes wide with delight.
“Oh God!” she cried. “I never thought it could feel so good!” Encouraged, Simon thrust faster. Jodi only groaned more, grunting whenever he hit bottom. “Oooooh . . . Don’t stop! Don’t you ever fucking stop!” Jodi shifted, placing her heels on his ass. She used the leverage to push him harder into her.
“Fuck, fuck, fuck!” she cried every time they slammed together. Her nasty talk only caused Simon to piston into her more forcefully. “Oh yes! Harder! Come on, I won’t break!” she yelled.
“I’m . . . getting . . . close.” Simon grunted.
“Me too! Don’t stop!” Jodi panted, “I’m so fucking close!”
“But . . .” Simon tried to pull out but Jodi forced him back into her.
“It’s okay. I’m on the pill.” She grabbed his face, causing him to stare into her eyes. “I want to feel it inside me. Fill me with it!” She desperately wanted to close her eyes and descend into the sensations, but she held his gaze. They refused to look from each other as it hit them.
Simon slammed into her once more. His cockhead exploded, pumping gallons into her. Jodi felt his orgasm splash inside, sparking her own climax. Their eyes remained locked on each other as if held by the will of the other. Neither could look away until the other did so first. Their orgasms seemed to continue as long as they did not look away, orgasmic energy flowing between them.
Simon, his left arm twitching, broke away first, betrayed by his body. He collapsed on top of Jodi, gasping for air. Jodi felt the last wave of orgasm wash over her as he fell. They lay there, breathing heavily, entwined.
Jodi turned to Simon. She kissed his forehead, “That was amazing.”
“You’re amazing,” he replied, kissing the tip of her nose.
“Will it always be like that?” she asked.
“Only if we’re lucky.”
“Speaking of . . .” Jodi flexed her muscles, squeezing a still hard cock within her. “Feels like you’re ready to go again,” she grinned.
“Actually, now that I think about it, I don’t think I’ve gone soft yet,” a slightly awed Simon explained.
“Hmmm. I guess I should finish what I started. Roll over.” Simon moved, allowing Jodi to get up, and laid in her spot. Jodi stood on wobbly knees, staring at her boyfriend, when a nasty thought entered her head. She knelt next between his legs and devoured his cock. Simon moaned in surprise as Jodi licked their combined juices off of his dick. Jodi released him with a pop. “Fuckin’ a, Jodi.” was all he could say.
“Yummy,” she said. “We taste good together.” She crawled up his body and straddled his hips. She only teased him briefly, rubbing her cunt on his cock, before lining it up and impaling herself on it. She sat all the way down in one try. A feeling of perfection washed over them again.
Jodi’s head fell back, losing herself in the sensations. Simon gazed, entranced by the erotic sight of this lovely girl riding him. Flashes from a previous night, her body bathed in moonlight, filtered into his mind. She moved her hips back and forth, grinding him.
Simon ran his hands up her stomach and encircled her breasts. She gasped when his fingers grazed her nipples. Her head snapped forward, lust displayed on features. She grabbed one of his hands and brought it to her mouth. She wet his finger on her tongue and let go. Simon’s hand immediately returned to the nipple, wetting it with Jodi’s saliva. She groaned again.
During this, Jodi’s hips began moving up and down. A few inches at first but she was quickly slamming herself onto his cock with reckless abandon. Simon latched onto her hips and matched her rhythm, thrusting up into her. Jodi placed her hands on his chest, giving her better leverage to pound Simon’s poor abused cock.
Few intelligible words were passed between them. Their vocabulary degenerated to grunts, groans, and growls. Jodi’s orgasm hit her like a 2×4 to the back of the head. Her head hung low as she stopped moving. Simon continued to slam into her as her body quivered. She flung her head back, releasing a single long wail.
Jodi’s shuddering climax was the final straw for Simon. Her pussy muscles squeezed him in a death grip. He thrust as deeply as he could, adding his own voice to her scream, and emptying his third load of the night into her. Simon’s hips dropped back onto the bed causing Jodi to lose her balance. Her legs and arms as jello, she collapsed on top of Simon, exhausted. Simon wrapped his arms around her, feeling himself finally deflate.
*****
Consciousness battered at the walls of Simon’s mind for what seemed like hours before finally breaking through. He ran down the checklist. His legs were entwined with another set. His penis lay limp and flaccid against the ass of what he hoped was a female. His left arm encircled a body, cupping a firm yet soft breast, confirming the gender. His right arm was being used as a pillow by the person with him.
He opened his eyes. Expecting darkness, he was surprised to see light. It was only his table lamp but it was still bright. He slowly focused on the red hair in front of his face and smiled. He was tired but in a good way. And he had to pee.
Gently, he removed his arm from under Jodi’s head. He slowly got up from the bed. He stopped, hearing a quiet mumble from Jodi. He continued to the bathroom when she quieted. Coherent thought was beyond his capabilities as he relieved himself.
Returning, he turned out the lights and grabbed the blanket that had fallen on the floor. He snuggled back up to her, feeling her shift back into him as well. He pulled the covers up and quickly descended back to sleep.
*****
Simon awoke, alone. He looked around but saw no one. Then he heard the toilet flush and Jodi walked out of the bathroom. Her hair was disheveled but she grinned from ear to ear upon seeing him awake. She had borrowed one of his older t-shirts that barely stretched to her mid thigh.
“Morning,” she said, leaning over. Simon got a perfect view of her tits through the neck hole of the shirt before she distracted him by shoving her tongue into his mouth. He happily returned the affection.
“Good morning to you too. Sleep well?” he said. She sat on the bed next to him.
“God, I don’t think I’ve ever slept that hard in my life.” Her smile lit up the room more than the sunshine. “Hopefully, I’ll get to do it more often.”
“Anytime, my dear.” He reached up, pulling her back onto the bed with him, kissing her neck.
“Damn, I really want to do it again, but I need to get home,” she purred. One of Simon’s hands meandered up under her shirt, across her thighs, towards her pussy. Instinctually, she parted her legs, allowing him access. Simon’s fingers probed her cunt, tickling her clit until she could take no more.
“Ugh! Damn you!” she cried. Jodi whipped the covers off, exposing Simon’s ready hard on. She straddled him and nearly missed when she sat down. Again, a feeling of completeness came over them, as if this was meant to be. She rode him hard and fast but she still came twice before Simon finally found release.
“We need a shower,” Simon said after laying there for several minutes.
“Why? Are you saying I stink?” she barked, mock fury in her tone.
“You smell like sweat and sex but I’m pretty sure we both need to clean up after last night and this morning.”
“All right but only if you join me!” Jodi grinned, flinging the discarded shirt onto the floor.
“As my lady commands.” Simon quickly followed her into the bathroom.
The shower lasted longer than Jodi expected. Simon’s hands seemed to reach everywhere as he soaped her body. He paid far more attention to her poor battered cunt than was necessary but Jodi didn’t mind. The soap added a little extra lubrication as he popped a finger into her ass and two into her pussy. His thumb rubbed over her clit, making her squirm.
Jodi held out as long as she could but Simon’s newly applied skills brought her to another screaming climax. Juices poured over his hand as his fingers plowed into her. Halfway through, her knees gave out and Simon had to hold her up. Jodi clung to him as if he were a life raft in a storm. A few minutes passed before she turned to him and said, “You are getting far too good at that.”
“I’ll take that as the compliment it was intended,” he said grinning.
Simon attempted to dry himself off after the shower but was pleasantly surprised when Jodi dropped to her knees. She swallowed his prick, sliding it in and out of his mouth. Her right hand held the base of it, jerking it with short strokes. She circled the head with her tongue causing Simon to grunt and pound his hand on the sink. Shortly, he was erupting into her mouth for the second time in twenty-four hours.

“Morning,” Mary said as Simon and Jodi entered the kitchen. “I’d ask if you had a good time last night but since I was awoken by a loud shout . . .” Mary laughed as both of them turned a very vibrant red color. “Next time remember that there are other people in this house who are not as lucky as you two. Try to keep the volume down below a banshee wail, okay?”
“Sorry ma. I guess we got a little carried away.” His grin betrayed the fact that he wasn’t the least bit sorry.
“Yeah right. I need to go into work and finish up a few things.” Mary got up from the table and hugged her son. “At least I know my little boy has skills.”
“Mom!” Simon cried as Jodi smiled, nodding her head. Mary fled upstairs to her room, laughing.
“She’s right though,” Jodi said, wrapping her arms around his neck. “While I have nothing to compare it to, I would have to say you definitely have skills.” He leant down, kissing her lightly.
“I wasn’t alone, you know.” Simon grabbed her ass, lifting her off the ground. Automatically, Jodi wrapped her legs around his waist. “It wouldn’t have been half as good without you there.” They kissed, not hurriedly this time, but lingering.
Jodi broke the kiss reluctantly. “I need to get home,” she said. “I still need to pack.”
“I know. It just sucks that you’re not going to be around for two weeks.”
“Yeah.” Jodi unwrapped herself as Simon lowered her to the floor. She stared into his eyes, “I love you.”
“I love you too,” he replied. Jodi gave him one last kiss before walking out the front door. Simon watched her until she walked into her house.

“Please Simon! Just do me this one favor!” Roxanne pleaded over the phone.
“I don’t know, Roxy. It sounds too much like a date.” Despite his reluctance, Jodi had been gone for a week and a half and Simon was feeling somewhat antsy. The prospect of going somewhere, anywhere, with anyone right now sounded good to him. Who knew so many of his friends would take off over winter break?
“Not a date, just two friends keeping each other company. I need someone there to keep daddy’s friends off of me,” she said.
“Is it that bad?” he asked.
“Jesus, at my dad’s last New Year’s party, I got offered a thousand dollars if I’d pretend to be one guy’s ‘daughter’ for the night.” Simon could actually picture her doing air quotes when she said daughter.
“A thousand bucks? What did you say?”
“Simon! Eewwww, God no! He was like fifty years old!” she paused momentarily. “Besides, I’m not a whore, just a slut.” She giggled. “So please will you come with me?” Simon never could resist the plea of a beautiful woman.
“Okay, but just as friends. Deal?”
“Deal. I’ll pick you up at eight tomorrow night, okay?”
“Okay,” he sighed.
“Thanks. You have no idea how much this means to me. I’ll see you tomorrow.”
“Bye.” He hung up after hearing her disconnect.
Simon descended the stairs to his room. He would have called Jodi but her relative’s lived out in the country with no cell service and he didn’t have their phone number. They had talked for about an hour on Christmas, but that was pretty much it since she’d been gone.
He missed her terribly. At least getting out of the house would get his mind off of her for a little while.

“You look very nice by the way,” Roxanne said. Simon smiled sheepishly as he glanced around the dance floor of the country club. It was definitely a higher class establishment than he was used to. “This is where you are supposed to compliment me back,” she said, grinning.
“Oh yeah, right. I’m sorry; I guess I’m just a little intimidated by the surroundings. You do look wonderful tonight.” He scanned her while spinning her away on one arm. Her heels gave her a four inch lift but it still put her about half a foot shorter than him. Her toned legs balanced on them as though born with them on. Her simple, yet tight and very sexy black dress hugged her like a shadow.

It was Roxanne’s face that drew constant attention from not only the other male guests but Simon as well. Her black hair was tied up in a ponytail exposing her graceful neck. Bright red lipstick adorned her lips, contrasting with her almost porcelain like skin. The mascara and eyeliner accentuated her almond shaped eyes. Simon had a hard time looking anywhere else.
“I need some air,” Simon said, taking a step back as the song ended.
“I’ll get us something to drink.” Roxanne squeezed his hands before letting go, “I’ll meet you on the patio over there.” She pointed to a set of glass double doors to the right of the dance hall. Simon nodded and quickly exited. Someone announced that it was five minutes to midnight.
The cool night air washed over him as he inhaled deeply. He sat down heavily on a wrought iron bench that had been cleaned of snow. It wasn’t terribly cold but he would only be out there for a little while. Roxanne glided through the doors shortly after him.
“Are you okay?” she asked, handing him a glass of punch. Simon downed it in one gulp.
“Yeah, I was just a little warm.” Roxanne sat down next to him, sipping her drink. The same voice called two minutes to midnight.
“Simon?” He turned towards her, her face illuminated by the near-full moon. She laced her fingers into his. “You know it’s customary to kiss someone at midnight.”
“Roxy. . .” he sighed. The crowd inside cheered the one minute mark. “I like you, but only as a friend, nothing more.”
“That’s not what I see. I see you trying to resist your true feelings for me.” She turned away for moment, fearing he would see through her. ‘Just as I was resisting mine,’ she thought. Thirty seconds. She turned back to him, eyes glittering with unshed tears.
“Roxy . . .” She placed her finger over his lips.
“Please . . .” she breathed. The gathered crowd chanted the countdown from ten seconds.
Simon tucked a stray strand of darkness behind her ear. Roxanne placed her hand on his cheat, feeling his heart pounding.
“Five!” The chant crested.
Simon moved one of his hands to her waist.
“Four!”
Both of her arms snaked around his neck.
“Three!”
She wanted to pull him in but waited instead. She waited for him to take the lead, to surrender.
“Two!”
Simon paused, struggling between loyalty to Jodi and desire for Roxanne.
“One!”
Roxanne closed her eyes, placing her hopes in his hands. Simon rushed forward, succumbing to his desire and crushing his lips to hers.
“Happy New Year!”
