Brayden let his hands glide down along her body – cupping her butt-cheeks over the bikini bottoms, holding on firmly beneath the water surface. “Mom,” he began – pausing only momentarily to find the appropriate words. “This is about more than sex for me. I love you, and I.. I know you’re always going to have my best interest in mind, and.. Honestly? I can’t picture someone else that would always put me first, the way that you do. I know you’d never hurt me.”
“Never,” Laurie reaffirmed with passion, placing a kiss against Brayden’s chest lovingly. She had troubles keeping her hands and lips away from him. “No one could ever compare to you in my eyes, honey.”
“It’s you and me now, mom. In a way, it always was, you know? We were always close.” His eyes twinkled, reflecting the light of the summer sun. “Now it’s just.. Different.”
“Better?”
Brayden nodded. “Absolutely.”
And with that, Laurie and Brayden kissed each other with utmost passion; the thrill of new love coursing through their veins with such intensity – granting them strength to tackle the rest of the world together. There would be difficult roads ahead. Some would pass judgement onto them. Some would come to shame them. But together, they’d keep their happiness. Because they had each other. Mother and son. Two hearts as one.
