All conditions need to be acknowledged and agreed upon:

Failure to follow these rules will result in the punishment of Sir’s choosing:

1. At all times subject is to address her Dom as “Sir”, even in public no matter what the circumstances.

2. Subject’s Mother will report all transgressions to Sir and should she not, then Mother will be subject to punishment as well.

d. Subject will keep herself in shape and exercise regularly.

e. Subject will grow her hair and it will always be clean, wavy and conditioned.

f. If Sir so desires, he will use the word ‘Playtime’ to designate when a session of reward and punishment are to begin.

g. Subject will always be on birth control unless a physician says it will harm the Subject.

5. Subject will obey Sir and do it immediately without question.

6. Subject and Sir will discuss subject’s education and they will agree upon a mutual plan to allow subject to become a functioning member of society.

7. Subject will NOT have sexual contact with anyone without Sir’s permission. Sir will review any assignations that subject feels the need to have and it must be a mutual agreement between Sir and subject.

8. Sir reserves the right to teach Subject about the proper sexual way to treat members of the opposite sex as well as members of the same sex.

9. Subject will be allowed to have orgasms only when Sir allows. This includes masturbation.

10. Subject will allow Sir to inspect all her holes for sexual activity at any time.

11. Subject will allow Sir to bind her as Sir feels fit.

12. Subject will use the Green-Yellow-Red system for punishment.

Green for ‘I am okay to continue.’

Yellow for ‘Give me a moment to collect myself.’

Red for ‘Full Stop’. Use of the Red word may void the contract at the Sir’s choosing.

13. Before commencement of the contract, subject will present herself for STD testing by a qualified physician of her mother’s choosing.

14. Subject will willingly serve Sir as well as any other person that Sir directs her to serve.

15. This contract will be open ended with no completion date. However, if Sir decides to terminate the contract, it is final. Subject will be rewarded for any proper behavior and punished for any improper behavior.

Note: “Any relationship should be an equal partnership. All parties should communicate with each other with complete honesty. There will be times when disagreements will arise and both parties will pledge to discuss any problems or conflicts. When it comes to any sexual relationship however, Sir will have the final say.”

After reading the contract, I was impressed by the thoroughness. I wondered how many other women had been subject to a contract like this. Rick did not answer my question of how many and I got the feeling that this contract may be as much for me as it would for Casey. Rick left it up to me about approaching Casey on the training as well as the presentation of the contract. I called Casey that weekend and explained what I wanted to do. I gave her a week to get back to me with her answer.
